Registration and Account

Buying and Selling Terms

1. Users of the Site have the right to:
   – View all ads;
   – Search and filter ads by category, price, date, location, etc.;
   – Share ads on social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter);
   – View public profiles of other users;
   – Post ads;
   – Share posted ads on their Facebook page;
   – Report abusive content or sellers;
   – Save ads and mark them as favorites.

2. Products offered must be of adequate and satisfactory quality, fit and safe for any intended use specified in the product listing and in any other description provided to the Buyer by the Seller. Additionally, the products must substantially conform to that listing.

3. For physical products sold, the Seller warrants that they hold clear title and are the sole legal owner and rightful possessor of the products and/or have the right to provide such products under this agreement. The Seller also warrants that the products are not subject to any third-party rights, restrictions, or prohibitions, including intellectual property rights or any ongoing criminal, insolvency, or tax investigations or proceedings.

4. For digital products, the Seller warrants that they have the right to provide the digital goods.
