Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) carefully before placing an order on our website. By confirming your order, you agree to these TCS.

1) Product Description:
Products are presented on the website with a detailed description, including their essential features, price, and estimated delivery time.

2) Product Selection:
The buyer selects the product(s) they wish to purchase.

3) Order Validation:
By validating their order, the buyer confirms their selection and acknowledges and accepts the present TCS.

4) Order Confirmation:
The buyer receives an email confirming that their order has been registered.

5) Seller Notification:
The seller is notified by Bonpapi that one or more of their listed products has been ordered.

6) Seller Order Confirmation:
The seller agrees to confirm the buyer’s order(s) within three business days following the notification mentioned in point 5. If the seller does not confirm the order within this timeframe, the contract between the buyer and the seller is automatically canceled, and no charges will be applied to the buyer’s account.

7) Product Availability:
The seller’s product offers are valid while supplies last. If a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable after the buyer places an order, the seller will inform the buyer through the platform’s messaging tool, and the order will be automatically canceled. No charge will be made to the buyer’s bank account.

8) Multiple Sales of the Same Product:
If the same product is ordered by multiple buyers at the same time, it will be sold to the first buyer whose order is recorded. The other buyers will be informed of the cancellation of their order. This cancellation applies only to the unavailable product(s).

9) Final Confirmation and Account Debit:
Once the order is confirmed by the seller, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer summarizing the order and the TCS (available in PDF format). The seller commits to delivering the products within the agreed timeframe, and the buyer’s bank account is charged the total amount of the order.
